What is your minimum order?

Either 5 bags or $50. We are wholesaler and not intending to sell directly to the public.

How long is your shipping time?

Most bags are shipped within 48 hours. If for some reason the bags are out of stock then we will notify you of lead time and give you order options (change your products, wait on arrival or cancel your order).

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Because of the uniqueness of the bags based on seasons we cannot offer refunds but we do offer refunds or exchanges for any bags that are defective!

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, volume over $1000 will receive a 10% discount.

What are your shipping charges?

We charge actual shipping which is calculated when you check out or can be told to you by phone.
